NOT IN ACCORD
THE GERMAN LEADERS Reply to the league (Received April 20, 3 p.m.) LONDON, April 19. The Daily Telegraph’s Munich correspondent says that Herr Hitler, Baron von Neurath, and Herr von Ribbentrop, behind locked doors, had a long discussion as to whether Germany should send a formal protest against the Geneva resolution. The discussion was broken up at noon, when Herr Hitler and Herr von Ribbentrop flew to Berlin in a special aeroplane. It is understood that Herr Hitler favored the despatch of a direct protest, but Baron von Neurath and llerr von Ribbentrop were not in full agreement. The subject will be decided by a full Cabinet meeting to-morrow.
