KIRK CUP CHALLENGE MATCH PLAY NKXT WEljlK Arrangements have been made between the Poverty Bay anil Waiapu (Ticket Associations Tor the playing of the Kirk Cup challenge game, postponed from,an early date in the season through rain, on Monday and Tuesday ol' next week.' The niatch will be played in C.isiioiue, us the trophy is held by the Poverty Bay association, and cricket enthusiasts will have an opportunity ol' seeing the Coast players once more in action on the Oval. The composition of the Coast team will probably not be known until Monday, when the players assemble for the match,,as a number of prominent Waiapu men are domiciled in the bad; areas of the district, and are only able to render service to the association when good weather conditions facilitate movement on the clay roads.
The Poverty Bay selector has no easy task, either, for.some of the play ers whose services would be welcomed are unavailable on this occasion.
