The work of demolishing the. Bank of Now South Wales building in' Hastings, which is to be replaced by a fhodern and up-to-date structure, is now under wav. The contract price for the new building is £14,000, this being the high-est-priced building to be erected in Hastings since the earthquake. It. is expected that it will be ready for occupation in January next.
