INCREASE IN RECEIPTS (British Officinl Wireless.) Ree. 10 a.m. RUGBY, March 21. A return of British postal traffic receipts shows that apart from May, 1034, the receipts have been higher than in the corresponding month of the year earlier for each month since the 'end of the 1932, the increase for February, 1935, being 2.2 per cent.
