PRINTERS' DISPUTE BOTH SIDES REVIEWED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. A further conference was held this afternoon between representatives of the employers and the Printers' Union, at which various proposals for a settlement were di.scus.sed. After a full and frank review from both sides, the union representatives withdrew, and it is expected that the crucial decision will be niade to-mor-row afternoon. SOUTHLAND BRANCH MEETS (Par Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, last night. A fully attended meeting of the Southland branch of the Typographical Union was held to-day to discuss the printing trade dispute. Various resolutions were passed regarding the present situation, but no information regarding the nature of the resolutions was made nvnilable for publication.
