Richardson, on a handicap of lOsec.. defeated ,1. Packman: and iv. Muir, ssee., the winners giving ail inipressiye performance.
Gaining about .two lengths ip ; their concession of Ssec., Stevens and Richardson were going well when their opponents were sent away, and throughout the .distance they held their own. Packman and Muir sprinted repeatedly, hut could not reduce their disadvantage. ' and at the finish there was a gap ol two lengths between the boats. The final race in this series will be rowed during the week-end, Stevens and Richardson meeting P. McMahon and H. Warren, to whom they concede 6seC.
