DELAYED BY WEATHER DAYTONA BEACH. Feb. 17. Rain, shifting winds and sluggish tides to-day failed to improve the beach conditions. Sir Malcolm Campbell said: “Unless conditions improve swiftly 1 am afraid it is going to be March before we can make our Tuns.”
