OTOKO MEETING At the February meeting of the Otoko Women’s Institute the president, Mrs. Henry, was in the chair.' Mrs. Richmond gave a most lnteresutalk on Hawaii, a snapshot albupi containing many charming views being aftynvards handed round. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the speaker. _ A competition for a small article in Italian quilting was won by Mrs. Millar, Miss Delahunty being second. , . As a memory test, a bag containing a miscellaneous collection of articles was placed on view! for 3- few minutes and members invited to observe and write down as munv as could be remembered. Mix. McKay was successful in naming all the articles. Arrangements were made for the annual election of officers, which takes place next month. Two visitors were welcomed and three new members proposed. A dainty afternoon lea was served by Airs. McKay and Miss McLean, and the meeting closed with the singing of the National Anthem.
