INCIDENTS IN SYDNEY OWNERSHIP DISPUTE SYDNEY, Fob. 17. The New Zealand mystery horse, ■Supreme Court, figured in a series of dramatic incidents yesterday. Unknown men forcibly took tho horse from the Kensington stables of Albert Cain while Cain- was on his way to Warwick Farm, and they are alleged to have assaulted Mrs. Cain, who attempted to stop them removing the horse. The police subsequently found Supreme Court in a stable at Randwick. Finally, a man claiming to be attorney for the owner, took possession of Supreme Court.
