N.Z.'S FIRST MATCH (RoceiveS Feb. &, noon.) SYDNEY, IFeb. 15. New -Zealand has chosen Eastbourne as the place for its first round in t.he Davis 'Cup tii! against Australia, but dates have not yet been arranged. Australia prefers May 9, 10 and 11, but Hew Zealand suggests' May 16, 17 and 18.
