KING'S JUBILEE
RELIGIOUS CELEBRATIONS GREAT EMPIRE SERVICE (Eloc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Feb. 4, 11 a.m.) LONDON Feb. 3. Religious celebrations in connection with the King's Silver Jubilee include a great Empire service at Canterbury Cathedral on June, 15, at which the Dominion 'Premiers will be present. A feature of,the service will be the dedication of Canterbury crosses carried out in stone from the Cathedral for the chief cathedrals of the Empire. Many religious organisations including missionary societies, are participating in the jubilee service of thanksgiving and intercession at Albert Hall on May 3, for which the Bishop of Norwich has prepared a prayer which will be spoken throughout the Empire.
