INDIAN OPPOSITION
PROPOSED REFORMS (The Times) (Received Feb. 4, 3 p.m.) BOMBAY, February 3. The Central Provinces Legislative Council, with one dissentient, passed a resolution thai the proposed reforms arc not acceptable and not workable unless they confer Dominion status. Government members did nut vote.
