FOREIGN DEBTS
PAYMENT BY BRAZIL RIO DR JANEIRO, Jan. 4. All services on foreign debts due on January 1, in compliance with the schedule laid down in the Aranha debt plan, were remitted yesterday by the Brazilian Government through tho Banco de Brazil.
