WASHINGTON, Deo. 26. Mr. Donald Biehborg, General Hugh Johnson's successor as head of the N.R.A., advises the publishers ol the Saturday Evening l’ost that, he will sue them for libel if excerpts they propose publishing from General Johnson s hook “include certain definitely described attacks upon me, which, if made, would he untrue and maliciously libellous and designed wholly for the purpose of doing me harm.’’ General Johnson has recently been endeavoring to embarras the Government by his criticism, saying that “the
N'.ft.A. is as (load as tho. dodo, and you know tlip dodo is extinct.” It is hinted that, tho Government may suppress the Saturday Evening Post if it puhlishes the .matte:' to which objection is taken.
