Fire last, evening destroyed Clarence House, a boarding-house built at Hnnnipf Springs 40 years ago. It had been unoccupied for the last live years. The building was owned by the Duncan Rutherford estate and insured for £IOOO in the Yorkshire office.-' Previously it had been used for a time to house a portion of the staff of Queen Mary Hospital. ____________
