Quit! was in line form when lie defeated Walton,- attacking on almost every point. Miss Btevensou gave a. good, display against Iho world's greatest woman player, but a. tendency to net her returns cost her points. Miss Round played mainly from the back of the court.
Stcfani had all his own way against Frankenburg, whom he virtually swept off the court.
