The Maunganui, • from San Francisco, Papeete, and Rarotonga, arrives at Wellington on January 7, and sails the next day for Sydney. The Makura, from Sydney, Wellington and Rarotonga, left Papeete on Monday and arrives at Sail Francisco on January 11.; The Kaimai is to load for Napier and Gisborne, leaving Dunedin on Tuesday next, working Oamat'u and TJmaru on Wednesday, Lyttelton on Thursday, t hduce Wellington. The steamer is expected to arrive at Gisborne about Wed; nesday. January 16.. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Cambridge (Captain R. Williams) is expected to arrive at Gisborne from Auckland about Monday next to load frozen meat, wool and general cargo for United Kingdom ports.-

She should discharge here oti Saturday and at Napier on Monday, after which she returns to Auckland.
