For having solicited orders by means of a circular letter within the 110-license districtiof Masterton, James J, Joyce, whose firm are Auckland distributors for certain brands of wines, \vrts fined £5, with 10s costs,, by Mr. J. Miller, S.M., jn the MAstettbn Magistrate's Court. It was stated’by Sergeant T. H. Dyer that one of the circular letters referred to had been posted to the superintendent pf police* Masterton.
