NEW YORK, Dec. 20,
The America Cup race committee, in a report to the Now York Yacht Club, reveals that if any disqualification had come in the fourth America Cup race, in which Mr T. O. M. Sopwith protested, it would have been to the Endeavour, as the Rainbow.was fouled at the start.
