GIFT TO HOSPITAL
SAYINGS BANK’S DECISION (Per Press Association.) HOKITIKA, this day. The Hokitika Savings Bank trustees at a meeting to-day decided to grant the Westland Hospital trustees the sum of £660 for a new X-ray plant, to mark the jubilee in connection with the work of the old pioneers who established the' first hospital here in 1865.
