DEBTS TO BRITAIN
PAYMENTS BY BRAZIL FOUR-YEAR AGREEMENT (British Ofiiciul Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. ■ RUGBY, Dec. 10. He added that the existing arrangement for the payment of the Brazilian external debt covered four years from April 1 last. Therefore, it appeared improbable that the exchange regulations recently introduced in Brazil would exercise any immediate effects on the interests of British bondholders.
