DEPARTURES' Wednesday, December 19. Sultan Star, s.s., 10.50 p.m., 12,306 tons, W. Reran, for Auckland. The Wnijnca left Auckland yesterday afternoon with cargo for Gis borne. On completion of discharge here to-morrow the vessel will return to Auckland. The Waimii leaves Lyttelton to-dav for Napier. The steamer is due liefe about Monday next, and after working sail's for Dunedin. The Awahon’s departure from Wellington was delayed until yesterday, and she is expected .to arrive here on {Saturday. On completion of discharge jit this port the vessel loads for Welliugtoji. 'JTlio Margaret. \Y. worked Tokomaru Bay this morning and Tolaga Bay tins afternoon, oil route from Auckland to Gisborne, and is expected to arrive here this evening. The Margaret W. discharges and loads here, to-morrow and then departs for Auckland. The Blue Star liner Sultan Star sailed at 10.30 p.m. yesterday for Auckland. The vessel’s, cargo from this port, consisted of 3498 carcases. of 'mutton, 20,666 carcases of lamb, 741 quarters of bet}f, 750 packages of frozen sundries, 195 carcases and 89 sides of pork, 5108 boxes of butter, 151 crates of cheese, 787 bales of wool, 140 dumps of skins, and 67 sacks of hides. The Sultan Star completes her Homeward loading at Auckland and will sail about December 29 for London, via Panama.
The Pukeko arrives this afternoon from Auckland, via Coast bays, and it is hoped to dispatch her to-night for Napier. She is to proceed thence to Portland, where next Monday night she will load for the Coast and Gisborne. The vessel ties up at Auckland fill Thursday, January 3, when she will sail fov Gisborne and Napier. She is to discharge here on the Saturday and at Napier qii the Monday, returning thence to Auckland to load" again on Wednesday, January 9.
