ADMINISTRATION OF DEPARTMENTS (Pci Press' Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, announced yesterday that the administration of the Government Life- Insurance Department, State Fire Insurance Department, Public Service Superannuation Department, Friendly Societies and National Provident Fund Department, which wqs formerly undertaken by, Sir Apirana Ngata. had now been placed in the hands of the Hon. R. Masters.
