High praise lor Hie beauty of the scenery on the West Coast was expressed by Mr- Carl Armcrding, the Californian evangelist, who is at present in Christchurch, to a Geraldine man who took him for a long motor tour in that part of the country. lie said that he had been enamoured of the trip between Karamea and Westport, hut lie had run out of superlatives on the sea coast route between Westport and Greymouth.
