AUSTRALIAN TARIFFS
ALTERATIONS POSSIBLE CANBERRA, Nov. 12. The Cabinet considered the new tariff schedule to be introduced in Parliament shortly. It is understood that the cotton duties recently imposed by the Commonwealth Government were reviewed to determine whether an agreement could be reached with Lancashire interests. No decision was reached but it is possible that (Tertain alterations will be made to meet the situation.
