RABBIT BOARD
MONTHLY MEETING The monthly meeting of the East Coast Rabbit Hoard was lield this morning, when there were present Messrs. AT. T. Trafford, in the chair, C. CL Holdsworth, M. L. Holden, R. S. Hould, of the Department of Agriculture, and Inspector Burgess. Payments amounting to £227 3s 9d were confirmed. It was decided to levy 10 per cent, on unpaid rates for the current year. Inspector Burgess submitted a report on his annual inspection of the Wairoa area. Reporting from Wairoa, Sub-Inspector T. Tb England stated that, during the month he had accompanied Inspector Burgess on his tour of the Wairoa district. Rabbits .were killed in the Ngntapa area as follows September: To Hoe 2, Ngal apal, Te Kooti 1, total 4. October: Ngatapa native country 5, Te Kooti 1, Te Iloe 5, Ngatapa station 4, total 15. Rabbits were killed in the Wairoa district as follows October: Woodlands 5, Wnilma native country 1, and Put ere 1, total 7,
