TR ANS-ATLANTIC PI j A \ T AMSTERDAM, Nov. !>. A triple engined Fokker aeroplane, with a crew of four, will carry a Christmas mail to Dutch Guiana via Casablanca and Capo Verde. The first Dutch commercial Atlantic crossing by aircraft is being made, and mid-Atlantic wireless contacts have been secured. A Dutch submarine is leaving next week on a scientific cruise of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
