Rec. 10 a.m RUGBY, October 26 Lord Selsdon, the chairman, and three other members of the special committee set up to inquire into the development of television, have left England for New York to investigate television methods in the United States. It is expected that the committee will report to the Postmaser-General about the en 4 bf the year.
