REORGANISATION PLANS (British Official Wireless.) Roc. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 26. All branches of the herring industry were represented in a deputation to Sir Godfrey Collins and Mr. Walter Elliot. The views of the' representatives were invited upon the report of the Sea-Fishing Commission. General unanimity* was expressed as to the need for a drastic reorganisation of industry on the lines recommended bv ihe commission.
