LANDING IN DESERT FOUND AFTER THREE DAYS (Elec. Tui. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received October 17, 11 a.m.) CALCUTTA, October 16.
Two British and two Indian members jf the Bombay Flying Club, when flying from England, lost their way between Bagdad and Basra, and landed in a desert.
They were found after three days by Royal Air Force planes, when only a quart of water was left. The search machines passed over them six times before they were spotted.
