SECRET TREASURE MARKET HARBOEOUGH, Leicestershire, Aug. 25. The Rev, 0. R. Plant, rector of Rockingham, near here, searched for somo papers in the safe of his church. Behind a false cardboard hack in the safe he found a number of small silver vessels, hidden by registers and documents, and inscribed with verses and dates. The gem of the collection is a small 1 and-beaten silver chalice dated 1570 nnd believed to have b"en used at Comr union by kings of England. It is worth aJbout £4OOO. Rockingham Church is near KockG<rham Castle, once the home of Icings.
