MISLEADING FIGURES UNPAID CONTRIBUTK>NS LONDON, Sept. 13. The Times’ Geneva correspondent states that British and Dominion delegates severely criticised the Loagiue s budgeting. Mr. R. B’. Bennett declared that the League was driven to estimate for unincurrablo expenditure, and to estimate as revenue contributions that it. knew were not being paid, resulting in a superficial appearance of success. Sir James Parr also deplored the situation arising out of the non-payment of contributions and urged that measures should be taken to deal with them.
