He claims the resrision of an assignment made oil May 3 hist purporting to transfer and assign to the company all his moneys due to him by the Primary Producers’ Rank of Australia, Limited, in liquidation. Ail action setting forth a claim similar to that made- liv Cork has also been instituted by John Daniel Sommer, a dairy farmer, of Maleny, against the Southern British National Trust,.
