(Received September 12, noon.) MELBOURNE, Kepi. 12.
The stewards of the Pakenham Racing Club disqualified for life the owner, Fisher, and the gelding, Kir Difference, for fraudulent practices and dishonorable action.
The stewards .found that Kir Difference, who Won races at Bacchus Marsh and Packenham, was identical with the pony, Percy.
