H, O’Connor, the trainer of the racehorse Comedy Jim being arrested and Comedy Jim seized by the police. The Northern Rivers Racing Association and the police allege that Comedy Jim was raced at Grafton and Casino, where it won races, and that the gelding is identical with a horse called Borapine, which won races in country towns in New South Wales. Prior to O’Connor’s arrest at Toowoomba, Queensland, the Northern Rivers Racing Association disqualified him and Copied}' Jim for life.
