MR. WATSON FOR NAPIER (Por Press Association.) HASTINGS, this day. Mr. It. M. Watson, S.M., of Feilding, has been transferred to Napier to fill the vacancy caused by the recent retirement of Mr. A. M. Mowlom, S.M. 'ln accordance with the reorganisation of. magistrates’ districts, the Hawke’s Bay circuit has been extended, and will in future include Dannevirke.
