T HIRD CASE STARTS

HOVEL BUSINESS RELATIONS {Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. Relations between William Escott and William Thomas, purchaser and seller of the “More Suds Sales Service,” have become very complicated, and have been subject to three lots of litigation since the parties first came together as the result of an advertisement in December, 1933. Toe third case commenced before Mr. Justice Reed this morning, Escott suing for an injunction restraining Thomas from competition in business, and for £IOO damages for injury alleged to have been done 'to Escott by intensive competition, since the settlement of the Supreme Couxl claim and counter-claim in May last. The case promises to become a leading authority upon a rather novel set of circumstances.
