IV. motor accident at Kilbirnie on Saturday might in which an elderly cyclist was dragged about 350 ft. by a motor car wki(fh did not stop, resulted in the arrest of Robert William Gunn, BJj, !i»l orcr, on a charge of negligently driving a car, thereby causing bodily injury to Ernest Alfred Harner. Gunn appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to-day and was remanded until September 10. Mr. Harner was unconscious when picked up and was removed to hospital. Ho is reported to be in a satisfactory condition.
