LANCASHIRE’S POSITION BERLIN NEGOTIATIONS (British Official Wireless.) lice. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 10. Sir Frederick Leith Ross received at the Treasury Sir George Holden and other members of the Lancashire cotton delegation, which returned from Berlin after negotiating with the German importers of cotton yarns regarding delays in payment owing to German exchange restrictions. The proposals made to the delegation in Berlin will he reported by Sir George Holden to a meeting in Manchester of the Federation of Master Cotton Spinners’ Association.
