THE AUSTRIAN PUTSCH
LEADERS DISAPPEAR (Received August 6,2 p.m.) LONDON, August 5. The second in command, another prominent Nazi, is also missing. There seems to lmve been a long chain of intermediaries between the planners of the putsch and the actual raiders.
