STILL IMPROVING DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETS The markets for New Zealand Dairy produce in London continue to improve, and butter is now quoted up to 78s, and cheese to 45s per cwt. Butter.has improved 7s per cwt. in a month, the quotations at the end of last week being 2s higher than the previous week. Cheese has advanced 2s 6d to 3s per cwt. in a month and 6d to Is in a week. Both butter and cheese remain firm at the advance. Messrs. Joseph Nathan and Company report to-day as follows: —“Butter, 77s to 78s. Cheese, white 455, colored 44s 6d_ Both markets are firm.’’ The' Press Association report from London states that the market was firm towards the end of the week, Danish being quoted at 86s to 87s, choicest salted New Zealand 77s to 78s, Australian 755, and unsalted New Zealand and Australian at the same quotations.
