PREMIER RETICENT (British Official Wireless.) Roc. 10 a.ivi. RUGBY, May 15. The Prime Minister, Mr Ramsay MacDonald, in the House of Commons, said lie was not in a position to make a statement as to whether it, was intended to introduce before the end of the present Parliament legislation dealing with the reform of the House of Lords.
