N.S.W. WOMEN GOLFERS CHAMPION WITHDRAWS (Received May 5, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 5. * Miss Odette Lefebvre, State women’s golf, champion, declined to play in an inter-club match rather than wear stockings. This followed the introduction this week of a rule forbidding the appearance of women , without stockings in competitive events under the control ot the Ladies’ Golf Union.
