GERMAN DEBT PAYMENTS
DISCUSSIONS RESUMED

Roc. 10 a.m. RUGBY, May 1. The discussions between the German authorities and creditors regarding Germany’s foreign indebtedness, in respect to medium and long-term loans, were continued in Berlin to-day, and would be resumed to-morrow. Sir John Simon, in the House of Commons, said that pending their outcome, he was unable to make any further statement on the subject.
