SEQUEL TO FATALITY
MOTORIST CHARGED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A charge is proceeding in the Magistrate’s Court against Cyril John Steer, of Tawa Flat, of negligently driiwing a motor lorry, thereby causing the death of George Kermode! Kermode died in hospital oil January 31, following injuries when his *car went over a bank at Glenside on Jariuary 13. A charge of failing to stop apd render assistance, and to report the matter to the police was adjourned till tho major charge is decided upon.
