BRITISH INNOVATION RADIO MESSAGES LONDON, April 19. From May 1, passengers on Imperial Airways’ liners flying over all except European countries, will be able to dispatch and receive private wireless messages either in code or plain language. The messages will be dispatched from the 'planes to ground wireless stations between Cairo and Singapore, or Cairo and Capetown, for transmission to most parts of the world, and from ground telegraph offices to passengers aloft, except in India, whero this is disallowed by the Government.
