1935 BAND CONTESTS
•.ALLOTTED TO TIMARU (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this clay. Applications from Nelson and Timaru the 1935 New Zealand championship band contests were considered on Thursday. The management committee of t'he New Zealand Bands’ Association, in view of the fact that contests have not been held at Timaru for 80 years, decided that it should be allotted the contests next year. isssssssssssszzsssssz
