(Received April 7, 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, April 6. “The Labor Party will not take office unless it has a clear majority over the whole House and then we shall do so with the av'owed intention of completely changing the capitalistic system,” stated Sir Stafford Cripps, former SolicitorGeneral in the United Kingdom, when interviewed to-day. He said the trouble with the former Labor Government had been that it bad tried to be socialistic under a capitalistic regime. “You can’t have half-and-half,” be added. “That is the reason why Communist ownership of certain things like the Canadian National Railways often .fails to work.”
