14 PREMISES DESTROYED
BLAZE IN N.S.W. TOWN SYDNEY, April 6. A message from Toowoomba states that 1J business premises in the main street at Gatton were destroyed by fire early this morning. The blaze raged for hours, owing to the fact, that no water was available. The buildings destroyed comprised several shops with dwellings, also a branch of the Bank'of New South Wales.
