ERROR OF JUDGMENT
STRANDING OF WAUIEMO SUVA, April (». A Marine Court investigated I lie stranding of the Waihemo. It was found that the master had committed nil error of judgment, not amounting to negligence, and not requiring the censure of the court. The master was ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry, £8 Bs.
